At Partoo, you will have two types of contact persons:
1. Your Customer Success if you have more than 10 locations :
This is the person within Partoo who will accompany you on your local referencing issues, will tell you about our latest innovations and will present you with the results of our solution at regular milestones:
2. The Support Team :
The support team will ensure that the distribution of your information runs smoothly. They will solve problems directly with our broadcasting sites, and can answer all your questions or specific requests concerning the opening of establishments, integration status, exceptional opening hours, etc.

In the context of technical issues (setting up an FTP or an API) or a POC on one of our new products, you may have the chance to meet members of our R&D team (Philip, Antoine, Nathan, Thibault...) or our product team (Benoit, Matthias, Sebastien...)!
