Partoo's Review Management solution enables you to manage your Google & Facebook reviews centrally. Our tool allows you to retrieve all reviews, export them in Excel format and even respond to them directly through the Partoo interface. Reviews can of course be filtered by establishment, rating, date and platform.

General introduction

This is what the Partoo interface looks like:

  • The establishment filter (1)

  • Tabs that allow you to access all active, processed, unprocessed and deleted reviews on Google (3)

How often are reviews Retrieved ?

Reviews posted on Google My Business are retrieved instantly and those posted on Facebook and Tripadvisor are retrieved daily.

If a review is posted when you are on the Review Management page, a blue button will appear at the top of the review list with the notification "X unseen reviews". Click on it to view new reviews.

Responding to reviews

Reviews can be viewed and responded to through the interface:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to the Review Management page

  3. Select a review

  4. Enter your reply

  5. Click on "Submit".

You can also set up and receive email notifications when you receive a negative review. From this email, you will be redirected to Partoo to respond directly to the review. Here is the procedure to follow:

  1. Go to the settings page

  2. Click on "notifications" in the left menu

  3. Select "negative reviews"

As soon as a user posts a negative review, you will receive an email.

  1. Select the email you received

  2. Click on the "reply now" button

  3. Redigest your answer

  4. Click on "send" button

Edit a response

You will then have the option of editing this response, even once it has been posted online! Once the final response has been sent, you can mark the comment as processed. However, you will still have the option of accessing and amending it (see below).

Using the filters

It is possible to filter reviews on the Review Management interface based on four criteria:

  • By establishment

  • By date

  • By platform

  • By rating

  • By content (with or without comments)

  • By keyword

Download the reviews for your establishments

To download the comments, simply click on the ‘Download all reviews’ button to the top right of the page. If you have applied filters, based on the establishment and/or other criteria, these will also apply to the downloaded comments.
You can also send an extract of your reviews by e-mail through the Partoo interface!
