In order to be able to update your Google My Business listings from the Partoo platform, you need to link these listings to your Partoo account. This is what we call the "Partner Connection".

Warning: To do this, you must have an active Google My Business listing. If you don't, we invite you to contact support so that they can help you create one.

🚶Here are the steps to follow🚶 :

1 - Import your Google Account

This is the first step, in order to access your Google records from Partoo, you need to import your Google account:

  • Login to your Partoo account

  • Click on the "login" tab in the menu on the left of the screen

  • Click on the + at the top right of the screen

  • Select "continue with your Google account"

  • Enter your Google email and password

2 - How to connect your Google My business listing and import your information?

Connect your Google My Business listing to the corresponding establishment on Partoo:

  • Login to your Partoo account

  • Click on the "connection" tab in the menu on the left of the screen

  • Select a business and click on "connect a listing"

  • Search for the Google My Business listing you want to partner with

  • Check the information you want to import to Partoo during the partner connection - ⚠️ If you have already entered data on Partoo, it will be overwritten by the data imported from Google.

  • Click on "connect and update"

That's it your Google record is now connected!

3 - How to delete a previously made connection?

We are never safe from a mistake. Partoo gives you the possibility to cancel a connection that is no longer valid, or that was made by mistake:

  • Log in to your Partoo account

  • Click on the "connection" tab in the menu on the left of the screen

  • Select the form you wish to disconnect

  • Click on "disconnect"

4 - How to update your Google account?

If a listing has been added to your Google account, after you have imported your account to Partoo, it will be necessary to update it by following these steps:
