There are three level of user on Partoo interface:
- Company Admin
- Group Admin
- Business Manager
Each of these functions is associated with level of access and rights listed below. Functionalities unlisted here are common to all level of user.
The “Company admin”
The « Company Admin » role is suitable for the main user of Partoo and gives access to all features of the application (e.g. HQ Marketing Manager):
- Access to all subscribed products
- Creation of establishment
- Information edition
- User creation
- Management of user publishing rights
- Creation or response template in Review Management
The “Group Admin”
The “Group Admin” role is suitable for a user who can only manage one group and the subgroups it contains (for example, a regional director or a country manager):
- Access to all subscribed products
- Creation of establishment within his group or sub-group
- Information edition (Depending on the level of access and right defined by the Company admin).
- User creation within his group or sub-group
The “Business Manager”
The “Business Manager” role is suitable for a user who will only be able to manage the facility(ies) to which he or she has been assigned (e.g. a shop owner):
- Access only to products assigned by the admin who created him
- Information edition (Depending on the level of access and right defined by the admin)
