How and when to send an invitation by text?

It is very important that the text invitation be an integral part of the in-store experience.

  1. Ask your customer whether they are happy: when your customer is at the checkout or when you finish your appointment (depending on your business), simply ask them “Are you happy with your experience?”.

  2. Ask for their permission: if the customer responds positively, ask them “Would you mind if I sent you a text message containing a link to leave me a review on Google? This is really important to me and will only take you a few seconds”.

  3. Send the text message invitation: if the customer agrees, you can proceed to send the text message invitation. Enter the customer’s phone number (1) and name (2) and tick the box to confirm that the customer has given you their permission to use their personal data (3). (4) Press 'Next' and then 'Send invitation'.

How do I tailor my text message invitation?

You will definitely want to tailor the text message you send based on the type of recipient, the service provided, the interaction you had with them, etc.

It is possible to tailor the content of the text message invitation and the sender name via the Partoo app on your computer. This is not yet possible using the mobile app, but please note that changes made on the computer will also be visible on the mobile platform.

In other words, if you tailor your text message invitation via the Partoo app on your computer, you will be able to send invitations with the same customised message from the mobile app.
